QuickBooks Send Forms 

In the Company Preferences tab of the QuickBooks Send Forms section of QuickBooks preferences, company administrators can set up default E-mails to clients for things such as invoices, estimates, statements, and much more. Here are some of the options available.

  • Change default for
    • From here you can choose which email you would like to change from the drop-down menu. There are many emails to choose from, make sure you have the right one selected before making any other changes
  • Greeting Fields
    • You can change the greeting message to be formatted in a way that you like. You can make the greeting more or less formal. Try to make it match the tone of your company.
  • BCC
    • Enter any default Blind Carbon Copies that you would like to make. If you enter an email address here, all form letters of this type will be copied to that email every time.
  • Subject
  • Body
    • Enter the body of the E-mail. Try to make it general enough that it would fit any situation of the QuickBooks Send Forms.
