In yesterday’s post, I failed to explain how to customize your invoice template to show the payments/credits, balance due, and customer total balance.

Go to Lists > Templates

Select the invoice template you want to edit

Open the Additional Customization window

In the Footer tab:

Select to print the Payments/Credits, Balance Due, and Customer Total Balance

Make sure you click OK to save your changes!
