Q: How many properties can I effectively manage with Quicken?

A: There is no file size limit. In theory, the larger the file the slower Quicken works. I have not really have not seen any speed change.My file size is 70 meg but others have successfully used Quicken with a file size up to 500 meg (assume they included attachments).
