I came into this property management role with very little direct accounting experience but, over 15yrs experience in the finance industry. While working with numbers is is my territory, I had never used Quickbooks and was a bit worried about taking on the task of setting up the accounts for our Condo Association. I saw Gita's guide online and, while I initially thought it was very expensive, I decided I should take a look. It's been just over 2 months now under "self-management" of the Association and all I can say is that the Gita's guide was worth every penny!! It is put together very well and, no matter your experience level in accounting software, you'll be walked through each step of the process comfortably and accurately. I'm sure that every hour I spent using the guide would have been 5 hours without it. Save your time (both now and later with your auditor!) and get the guide!!

I have used QB for many years in my past business and am very familiar with the product and its flexibilities. Although, I was familiar with QB and how to structure it, I was at a loss with how to implement what I knew into my real estate business. Fortunately I found expert publishers and their products. Excellent Book, the step by step instructions were great. If we did not have this book we would have spent hours getting the program to do what we wanted. We had some questions and Gita answered every question we had an issue with.
