- Copy Earnings Details from Previous Paycheck
- Turn on this option if you would like a running total of an employee’s paycheck details to print with each paycheck.
- Recall Quantity Fields on Paychecks
- If you have any quantity fields on your paychecks, you may choose to turn this option on to have them print out with each check.
- Recall Hour Field on Paychecks
- When entering a paycheck, QuickBooks will automatically recall the last amount of hours the employee worked and put it into the new paycheck.
