Five QuickBooks Accounts Receivable Reports for Your Business

In the event that your Company reimburses and bills for mileage, keep track of miles traveled in QuickBooks. Enter vehicle mileage and produce reports if you deduct mileage expenses on your income taxes.

The Mileage by Vehicle Summary report shows the total miles you have accumulated per vehicle and the expense incurred for those miles.

The Mileage by Vehicle Detail report lists each trip by vehicle with the miles traveled, the rate, and the expense.

The Mileage by Job Summary report shows the total miles you have accumulated by Customer:Job and how much is it is billable.

The Mileage by Job Detail report lists each trip with details, Customer:Job, and price. This is the most detailed report listing all details.
