QuickBooks 2012: Batch Time Sheets

Five QuickBooks Accounts Receivable Reports for Your Business

If you are entering the same time sheets for multiple employees, the batch time sheets feature will save you loads of time!

Open the Weekly Timesheet and select Multiple names (Payroll).

Select the Employees for whom you would like to create a time sheet. Click OK.

If your employees do not appear on the list, edit the employee and select the Payroll and Compensation Info. Select Use time data to create paychecks.
