Industry specific QuickBooks guide for Real Estate

Q: I have the QuickBooks Pro version. I believe the Premier has Industry industry-specific QuickBooks guide for types of work and companies. How can I get the advised list of accounts for a Real Estate and Property Management Company? That would prove invaluable.

A: Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks, does not have an Industry specific QuickBooks guide for Real Estate software. They do provide you with a basic chart of accounts even for QuickBooks Pro. When setting up a new file, select the appropriate industry.
