QuickBooks for property management module

One of our clients recently asked a question about using QuickBooks for property management. An additional module is not necessary. Read on!

Q: I’m transferring data from a Yardi DOS system to QuickBooks. We have a realty company and primarily transfer property management data. I have been using QuickBooks for 15+ years and know its capabilities, but can it handle management or do you recommend a separate module?

A: We have successfully converted clients from the Yardi DOS system to our system for property management using QuickBooks. Their learning curve is manageable as QuickBooks is intuitive and easy to learn, as well as cost-effective. Most of our Yardi clients have purchased the QuickBooks Enterprise version from us.
