Set Up More Than 20 QuickBooks Company Files.

Q: I want to set up more than 20 companies in my QB but they allowed me to set up only 20 companies how do I do it?

A: You can create a more unlimited number of QuickBooks company files.

But you can only view 20 at a glance under File > Open Previous Company.

If you want to open or view additional companies then click on File > Open Company or go to the directory where files are located.

To search for the QuickBooks working file search by *.qbw and *.qbb for a backup file.
