Add and Edit Multiple QuickBooks Entries

Five QuickBooks Accounts Receivable Reports for Your Business

As you may be setting up a new QuickBooks file, you have a lot of data to enter. If you are a property manager or landlord with your own property management company, you have many tenants, vendors, owners, and items to enter. The easiest way to enter multiple entries at one time is using the QuickBooks Add/Edit Multiple Entries feature.

Click Lists on the Menu Bar and select Add/Edit Multiple Entries. Choose the list you want to edit. Then, customize the columns you would like to see or what columns you want to edit. Then type in your entries or you can even copy and paste the data from Microsoft Excel.

If you are using QuickBooks for property management, select the Customers list to edit data for ownerspropertiesunits, and tenants.
